BuyerFinds participates in affiliate‑marketing programs; when you click affiliate links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Compensation may influence placement or ranking but never our commitment to honest opinions.

Eligibility & User Commitments

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You agree to:

Use the Site only for lawful personal purposes;

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUYERFINDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE SITE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Modification & Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site and updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules). The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration agreement in Section 15.

Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you and BuyerFinds agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing support@buyerfinds.com with a “Notice of Dispute” containing your name, address, description of the dispute, and relief sought. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may commence arbitration.

Arbitration. All disputes will be resolved solely by binding, confidential arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be conducted telephonically, online, or in Austin, Texas unless the arbitrator requires otherwise. The arbitrator’s award is final and binding and may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class‑Action Waiver. You and BuyerFinds agree that any proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Opt‑Out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@buyerfinds.com within 30 days of first acceptance of these Terms, in which case disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms or agreements expressly incorporated, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuyerFinds regarding your use of the Site.
